Energy: Linda Miklas is a skilled coach and consultant with over 20 years of broad organizational experience, specializing in executive, leadership, and team development. She is an insightful guide and incisive, straight-forward communicator, who helps leaders achieve forward motion toward becoming the best leader they can be.

Linda has extensive experience in conducting customized qualitative leadership assessment, working with clients to translate feedback into actionable steps. Her areas of emphasis include executive and leadership development, leading change, project and program management, and leading exceptional teams.

Linda takes a practical approach to organization planning, productivity, and quality, aimed toward strengthening individual and team performance.

Focus: Linda coaches a range of leaders who are piloting efforts of innovation, change, and high performing teams. Her clients include physician leaders, scientist leaders, and functional leaders in healthcare, higher education, and non-profit organizations.

Linda also contributes as a coach and facilitator for Executive Education programs offered by Harvard Business School, and as a Senior Consultant with FMG Leading, a business advisory firm that helps organizations accelerate growth and outperform the competition through world-class human capital strategy. In addition, Linda joyfully serves as a mentor to veterans transitioning to civilian careers through American Corporate Partners.

Experience: Linda's professional history includes operations management and people development, with specific experience leading large-scale change initiatives. She has held key leadership roles in a variety of industries including higher education, banking, aviation, and records and information management; each with a consistent attraction – the opportunity to build a new function or service.

Linda has served as adjunct faculty at the Harvard Extension School, teaching Organization Behavior in the graduate-level management degree program.

Learning: Linda holds a Graduate Certificate in Evidence Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University, is an affiliate member of the Institute of Coaching, and holds the Professional Coach Certification from the International Coach Federation. Linda holds an M.A. in Human Relations & Organizational Behavior from the University of Phoenix and a B.A. in English- Communications from Fort Lewis College.
