About Radiant Coaching and Consulting
Energy. Focus. Experience. Learning.

Energy: I am so grateful for the work I get to do, helping leaders transition into what is often the biggest role they have had yet. Through the lens of discovery, we explore and expand the question, “Who is the leader I want to be?” I am ever-inspired by the leaders I have the opportunity to walk alongside for a meaningful portion of their leadership journey. With extensive experience in conducting customized qualitative leadership assessments, I have a keen ability to help leaders translate reflections, observations, and feedback into meaningful action.
Focus: Specializing in executive, leadership, and team development, I am an insightful guide and incisive, straight-forward communicator. As physician and scientist leaders, functional leaders in healthcare, and executive leaders in higher education, my clients are charged with navigating complexity, innovation, and transformational change - with and through high performing teams.
Experience: My path so far has been both meandering and intentional. Early opportunities to lead small teams sparked a deep connection to the work of helping others grow. I went on to lead high-performing teams across a wide range of organizational domains, including operations management and people development. With specific experience leading large-scale change initiatives, I have held key leadership roles in higher education, banking, aviation, and records and information management; each with a consistent attraction – the opportunity to build a new function or service.
In 2017, I launched my own practice to focus full-time on coaching and consulting with joy and gratitude. Alongside leading my own practice, I contribute as a coach and facilitator for executive education programs offered by Harvard Business School; I have served as both Director of Coaching and Senior Consultant for the advisory firm FMG Leading, and as a mentor to veterans transitioning to civilian careers with the American Corporate Partners organization.
Previous leadership roles include: Harvard University - Director of Organizational and Workforce Development (Longwood Campus), Assistant Director of Program Management and Senior Organization Development Consultant (Center for Workplace Development), and as adjunct faculty (Harvard Extension School); Iron Mountain and Bank of Boston – leadership roles in organization development; AMR Corporation – leadership roles is service delivery.
Learning: An experiential learner at heart, my path to credibility and confidence includes both broad organizational experience and educational pursuits to translate learning into practical application and visible results.
I hold a Graduate Certificate in Evidence Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University, am a Fellow member of the Institute of Coaching, and hold the Professional Coach Credential from the International Coach Federation.
